Junior Installer

Expert Window & Door installer offering 30+ year’s experience, installing residential and commercial windows & doors for new construction and remodeling. Accomplished at installing single, double entry doors, and sliders and windows.

Dedicated skilled carpentry work for complicated retrofits, exceptional, mechanical and technical aptitude for success at nonroutine projects. Meticulous Installer with over 30 years of experience installing residential windows and doors.

Knowledgeable and skilled in various construction techniques, procedures, tools, and equipment, Kevin, is team oriented and communication with the customers he serves.

Junior Installer

Born in Ecuador and only 25 years old, he is a highly trained professional in the construction industry, with solid experience and key skills that highlight his valuable contribution to any project.

His experience covers various relevant projects, where he has applied his experience in framing, floring and siding, with successful results. In addition to his technical skills, Cristopher stands out for his excellent teamwork skills, effective collaboration and clear communication, which contributes to the overall success of the team.

Esteban Calderón

Coordinator

Esteban is a veteran of the Colombian Army, professional in logistics administration and military sciences. He has a postgraduate degree in logistics management with 15 years of experience in the area.

As administrative coordinator, he stands out for his great responsibility and work ethic, he always meets his set goals, demonstrating the enormous commitment he has to the company in increasing and improving our services.

Fiona Chen Yao

Administrative Specialist

Fiona Chen Yao is the Administrative specialist and also manages the Exterior Projects: Roofing, Siding and Gutters installation at AQ Contracting LLC. Fiona’s extreme intelligence shows in many ways, not only being Bilingual, she has a Masters in Science in Petroleum Engineering, and a Bachelors in Geologist Engineering, also being certified in Formation Evaluation.

In the past, Fiona had worked in the Exploration Division for an Oil Company in Venezuela for over 20 years before with AQ Contracting LLC. Fiona provides logistical and technical support on all special projects while assisting with various activities, conferences and meetings. Being extremely flexible and hands-on with most tasks around the office, Fiona’s skills include customer service, problem-solving, managing, organization.

Dana Neal

Installation Specialist

Dana is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, serving over 24 years of active duty. After retirement from the Marine Corps, he joined Lowes as a Millwork Sales Specialist 3.5 years.

His vast knowledge in windows and doors played a vital part in the success in sales and installations throughout the Norfolk area. He also assists some of our installers with particular projects. Some of Dana’s skills are detail oriented, great customer service, and very responsible.

Claudia Aristizábal

Owner

Claudia Artistizabal is a hands-on owner here at AQ Windows&Doors LLC, showing great leadership. Claudia exceeds great intelligence, having many skills with multiple types of communication, including being bilingual. Claudia is originally from Medellin, Colombia.

Claudia has owned a family construction business in Colombia for over 38 years where she also earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Ms. Artistizabal obtained her Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Old Dominion University here in Virginia.

Claudia has over 34 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Being a cross-functional team leader, Artistizabal has combined work experience in marketing, sales, real estate, as well as acquisition, development, and construction. Artistizabal created AQ Contracting LLC, and partnered with a utility company in 2008 and is now partnered with Lowes and Home Depot. Claudia takes pride in her work and provides impeccable customer service, proving the extensive scope of responsibility, success and track record of delivering optimal results in high-growth environments through initiatives that exceed operational performance targets. Claudia actively participates in project master planning and designs, standing alone in the industry building a unique umbrella of companies AQ Realty, AQ Contracting and AQ Roofing.
